A: We provide same-day certification delivery via email. Once you have successfully completed the training, you will receive your official certification card on the same day, allowing you to demonstrate your CPR skills immediately.

Q: What is your rescheduling and refund policy?

If you need to reschedule your training, simply contact us prior to the start of your scheduled class, and we will assist you in rebooking your seat to a more convenient time.
